One of Steven's most notable television roles
was that of Clayton Webb, a brash CIA operative
who always believes that National security has
to come before the welfare of any individual.
Webb's tactics and hidden motives often clash
with the interests of the JAG team. Webb is a
complex and mysterious character. A sarcastic
and apparently cold hearted man, he is really
a man who cares more than he lets on.
